Riyadh: Pakistan’s Hamza Ilyas has won the second match in the World Under-21 Snooker Championship.
17-year-old Hamza Ilyas won by defeating 12-year-old Aarav Sancheti of India 1-3.
Hamza had earlier defeated Iraq’s Umar al-Fahdal, winning two matches in a row to ensure Hamza’s passage to the next round.
Hamza Ilyas will play his last match against Germany’s Fabian Haken while Pakistan’s Ahsan Ramzan will play all three group matches today.
It should be noted that 2 quests from Pakistan are participating in the Under-21 World Snooker Championship.
