Tosha Khana Case: Imran Khan challenged the trial court's decision in the High Court.

Islamabad: Chairman PTI Imran Khan approached the High Court against the trial court’s decision in the Tosha Khana case.

Chairman PTI Imran Khan once again challenged the decision of the trial court to declare the Tosha Khana case admissible in the High Court.

Imran Khan through his lawyer Khawaja Haris has filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court seeking annulment of the session court’s decision of July 8.

Judgment of Sessions Court

The District and Sessions Court of Islamabad ordered the Tosha Khana case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan to be heard on July 8.

The trial court rejected the request to declare the Toshakhana case inadmissible, after which the Islamabad High Court on July 4 annulled the trial court’s decision to reject the request of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf and returned the matter to the trial court. In the Toshakhana case, Justice was sent. And ordered the trial court to decide again on the arguments of Imran Khan’s lawyer.

The court declared that the trial court should decide within 7 days on the request of Chairman PTI in the Tosha Khana case.

On the other hand, Imran Khan has challenged the decision of the Islamabad High Court to send the Tosha Khana case to the trial court in the Supreme Court.
