In Los Angeles Kelly Clarkson has addressed a Rolling Stone article that said her daytime chat show was a horrible place to work.

On Saturday, Clarkson sent a message on her Instagram account. She addressed the claims after 11 current and former workers complained about being overworked and underpaid on “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” and after the magazine’s Friday piece referred to their jobs as “traumatizing to their mental health.”

Anonymous staff members described Clarkson as “fantastic” in the article, but dubbed show producers “monsters” who made their life “hell.”

Clarkson declared her devotion for her group.

It is unacceptable, she said in the essay, “to learn that anyone is feeling unheard and/or disrespected on this show.” The talk show presenter stated that she wants to have a safe and healthy workplace.

As we get ready to relocate to the East Coast, she stated, “I am more dedicated than ever to making sure that not only our team is moving, but that our new team in NY is comprised of the best and kindest in the business.” All of the top personnel, including me, will receive leadership training as part of that build.

According to Clarkson, there is “always room to grow” and she wants the program to be the “best version of ourselves in any business.”

“Especially when it comes to leadership, to ensure that any notion of toxicity is eradicated,” she added.

According to a statement from an NBC Universal spokeswoman, the entertainment company is “committed to a safe and respectful work environment.” According to the statement, workplace issues are “very seriously considered and to insinuate otherwise is untrue.”

The statement read, “When concerns are identified, they are quickly evaluated, investigated, and addressed as necessary. “The Kelly Clarkson Show” works to create a workplace that is fair, courteous, and supportive of diversity and innovation.
