Job Description:
To join our team, we’re looking for an accomplished account executive. The ideal applicant will possess an MBA and an ACCA certification in addition to at least five years of experience in a comparable role. The Account Executive will be in charge of managing the accounts payable team, overseeing vendor reconciliation, inspecting general ledgers, preparing monthly purchase reports, payable reports, and payable reports, as well as managing the accounts payable team, verifying transactions of direct and indirect expense, coordinating with departments for timely submission of documents, ensuring compliance for payment proceedings, and conducting stock-taking activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the accounts payable team
- Verify the transactions of direct and indirect expenses
- Coordinate with departments for timely submission of documents
- Ensure compliance for payment proceedings
- Prepare monthly purchase reports, payable reports, and vendor reconciliation
- Inspect general ledgers to ensure accuracy
- Conduct stock-taking activities and report discrepancies
- Lead and develop the team to ensure that they meet performance targets and objectives
Requirements:
- MBA and ACCA qualified
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP and Advanced Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in accounts reconciliation
