LONDON: Enaam Ahmed, who proudly waves the Pakistani flag around the Formula Racing track, has broken the previous records of Formula One drivers Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen by being the first and only Pakistani to win a World Championship in Karting.

British Formula 3 Champion and the first high-level Formula Championship champion in Pakistani history:Enaam Ahmed: the most successful Asian racing driver ever in the history of Formula motorsport

Enaam Ahmed not only broke Ayrton Senna’s record by winning 13 races in a single season, but he is also the British Formula 3 Champion and the first high-level Formula Championship champion in Pakistani history.

The 23-year-old is travelling the world thanks to his winning streak on the challenging tracks, driving at an average speed of 200 mph while making sure that both the British and Pakistani flags are flying from his vehicle.

Enaam is one of the most talented and intriguing young racers in all of motorsport. Since he was 14 years old, he has been smashing records and winning championships. Because he is also regarded as the most successful British Formula 3 driver in history, Enaam Ahmed is also the most successful Pakistani-descent racing driver in the history of motorsport.

In London, Enaam Ahmed was born 23 years ago to Pakistani parents. He first developed an interest in racing at the age of eight. His parents began supporting their son’s passion by enrolling him in local kid-friendly go-kart tracks, but they had no idea that their son would go on to win the European and World Championships at the age of 14 — one year younger than Lewis Hamilton, who won the title at the age of 15 — and surpass him in both categories.

Enaam’s Background:

Enaam told this publication that after he decided to pursue car racing, his parents informed him that they would no longer be supporting him and that he would have to learn to support himself in order to explore the world or return to normal life in order to finish his degree and then pursue whatever his heart desires.

Enaam Ahmed quickly left his comfortable household to live in Japan, Spain, Italy, New Zealand, and the United States in order to concentrate on his career as a professional driver. Since that time, he hasn’t turned back.

The famous racer stated in an interview: “I won five titles in a single year when I was just 14 years old. The European Championship in Go-Karting and the World Cup are the two most significant ones. I won the British Formula 3 Championship at the age of 17, breaking Ayrton Senna’s record and becoming the first Pakistani to ever win a major motorsports title.

As most of his childhood pals played in the neighbouring Hyde Park, he remarked, “there was a lot of pressure on me to win those competitions so I could not only create my name but also to impress my parents and to prove them I made the correct decision of leaving home at a very young age.”

Being a racer of Pakistani descent, Enaam Ahmed’s ability to achieve these victories has been crucial. He exudes pride as he declares, “For me, it means most that I won these races on the international stage as a Pakistani. I’m quite pleased of myself for not just doing it but also winning it, but there is still more to do.

When Enaam Ahmed is with his parents, a driving simulator is put up in his London house. Since he works as a professional auto driver there, he spends the most of his time there.

The most challenging task For Enaam:

“Training often occurs twice daily. Yet it’s not the most difficult aspect. The most challenging task is going out at such a young age and securing sponsors who support races. I have to consistently deliver and prevail in order to stay in the game. Sponsors won’t support you if you don’t perform. I currently compete in the Indy Nxt series in the US, which is preparing me for the IndyCar, the largest series in the country, he added.

“I am the first Pakistani to ever compete in these races, as well as the only one. Alhamdulillah, I am fortunate to have good American sponsors this year who have helped me achieve my goals and get to the top of the two greatest racing series,” he said.
