Former Pakistani captain Wasim Akram is currently making his acting debut alongside his wife Shaniera in the forthcoming blockbuster “Money Back Guarantee” nicknamed “MBG” after making appearances in several TV commercials.
Together with the famous pair, the film also includes a number of other celebrities, such as Mikaal Zulfiqar, Shehryar Munawwar, actor Mirza Gohar Rasheed, and Pakistani heartthrob Fawad Khan.
The “MBG” trailer was posted by Zulfiqar on his official Instagram account.
According to her friend and former teammate Summaya Kainat, 27-year-old Raza left her home on the outskirts of Quetta, in Balochistan, four months ago for neighbouring Iran and then Turkey, with the aim of eventually reaching Italy or Australia and seeking asylum there.
This is an exclusive trailer for the movie, which will be released this Eid al-Fitr. The film’s release date was set by the producers as April 21.
This action-comedy-packed thriller was written and directed by Pakistani actor Faisal Qureshi.
The former cricketer has already participated in several television commercials, but “MBG” will be the latter’s debut in a serious acting role.
